  1. No Cover
    • Users with no cover are not entitled to a refund, change, or postal cover for their orders unless the order is faulty or damaged.
  2. Bronze Cover
    • Cost: 1.5% of the total order value.
    • Refund: Users at this tier are eligible for refunds, including the cost of the items, but excluding shipping, processing, and handling fees. Refunds will be distributed once the order is physically returned.
    • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  3. Silver Cover
    • Cost: 2.95% of the total order value.
    • Refund: Users at this tier are eligible for refunds, including the cost of the items and shipping, but excluding processing and handling fees. Refunds will be distributed once the order is physically returned.
    • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    • User Error Coverage: This tier also covers user errors at the checkout, such as duplicate orders or wrong items purchased. Users can request refunds or exchanges for these errors. Must be done prior to dispatch for silver tier cover.
  4. Gold Cover
    • Cost: 5% of the total order value.
    • Refund: Users at this tier are eligible for refunds, including the cost of the items, shipping, processing and handling fees. Refunds will be distributed once the order is physically returned.
    • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    • Exchange: The company covers re-shipping costs for exchanges.
    • User Error Coverage: This tier also covers user errors at the checkout, such as duplicate orders or wrong items purchased. Users can request refunds or exchanges for these errors.
  5. Platinum Cover
    • Cost: 10% of the total order value.
    • Comprehensive Coverage: Users at this tier receive all services, including refunds, exchanges, and postal cover for all orders.
    • Return Shipping: The company covers the cost of return shipping.
    • Lost Orders: Orders deemed lost will have replacements shipped immediately or will be refunded in full, with no additional charges to the customer.
    • User Error Coverage: This tier also covers user errors at the checkout, such as duplicate orders or wrong items purchased. Users can request refunds or exchanges for these errors.
