Processing:

Orders are processed 5 days a week (Monday – Friday), with the exclusion of New Zealand public holidays. For orders placed and processed on the weekend, you will receive a completed order notification, however your item will not ship from our warehouse until Monday.

How Long Will It Take:

Shipping times are listed below. These times are a guide and subject to change. If you have not received your order please contact us within 30 days (between day 25-28 is ideal) from your dispatch email.


  New Zealand:  
    • Delivered by Courier Post.
    • $7 flat rate.
    • 1-2 working days delivery time to most areas. Rural deliveries occur an additional 1-2 working days delivery time.
    • Courier Post can deliver to P.O Boxes across New Zealand.

  Australia:  
    • AUS Economy Tracked
      • Estimated 6-10 working days delivery time.
      • Starting rate of $12.
      • This service does not require a signature on delivery. If no-one is home, it will be left on the premises.
    • AUS Courier-Select
      • Estimated 3-10 working days delivery time.
      • Starting rate of $17 up to 2kg. 
      • Courier-Select must be signed for and additional customer order notes that state/request otherwise will not be applicable
    • AUS Courier
      • Estimated 4-8 working days for major cities
      • Starting rate of $25
      • All other areas will incur an additional 1-3 working days delivery time
      • Courier must be signed for and additional customer order notes that state/request otherwise will not be applicable
      • For orders over $250
    • AUS Express
      • Estimated 1-5 working days for major cities
      • Starting rate of $63
      • All other areas will incur an additional 1-3 working days delivery time

      • 1-5 working days delivery time
      • Starting rate between $70.70 and $93.25
      • Please note Express Courier cannot deliver to P.O Boxes

Please note not all delivery options are available to every country and the rate is subject to change. 


Can I track my order?:

Every order will be given a delivery tracking number, which will be included with your order dispatch notification email. Simply click the link and all available tracking information for your order will be displayed.

Where is my order?:

Your order should arrive within the specified shipping time periods*. You will receive a dispatch notification once the order has left our warehouse. An order undelivered worldwide within 30 days will need to have an inquiry raised with our shipping partners to ensure relevant measures can be taken to retrieve the order. After 30 days the goods will be deemed to have been fully supplied, order completed and will not be eligible for a postal inquiry or compensation. If you have not received your order please contact us within 30 days (between day 25-28 is ideal) from your dispatch email.

*Please note the specified shipping times are subject to delays due to Covid-19 and postal network disruptions.

Delivery Charges:

You will be charged the greater:

    • The actual weight of your parcel
    • The volumetric weight of your parcel

This includes additional packaging required to safely transport the goods to your destination. By making a purchase, you agree that you accept the shipping charges that have been notified to you during the checkout.

The delivery charges referred to in our Shipping Information do not include any applicable importation charges, such as taxes, duties and other customs charges. When delivery is to a country other than New Zealand, you are responsible for all such taxes and duties.

We do not guarantee that taxes and duty will not be levied and in the event of this happening they are the responsibility of you, the purchaser. Every legal effort is made by www.allblackshop.com to minimise the likelihood of local (destination country) taxes and duties being imposed. If you, the customer, refuses to pay the customs duties, the goods will be returned to www.champions.co.nz, at which point we will then refund the order less any freight and customs charges incurred. If your order is ‘returned to Sender’ and the supplied address is correct, we will resend or refund the order, as directed.  Freight charges will not be refunded in the following circumstances:

  • If the parcel has an attempted delivery and is then Returned to Sender.
  • If the address supplied in the order is incorrect.
  • If the delivery is refused by the receiver
  • If the parcel is unable to be delivered and then is unclaimed

Route Shipping Insurance (3rd Party Provider – route.com)

Route Shipping Insurance is available with all orders through AllBlackshop.com. Route is automatically added to the cart at checkout and can be manually removed by clicking the toggle before payment.

    • Route keeps tabs on your deliveries so you don’t have to. Get notified every step of the way. 
    • Route guarantees safe delivery of your packages by protecting them against loss, theft, or damage.
    • Your orders with Route finance reforestation and other projects that remove carbon in the atmosphere.
    • Route is optional but once placed and paid for, it cannot be refunded.
    • Route is a service provided by a 3rd party provider. As such, all claims, service and policies are managed by Route directly and M21 LTD T/A AllBlackshop.com is not liable for any services delivered by Route.com.
    • Not everything is covered by Route. Please note their general policies.
      • After 48 hours has passed from an estimated delivery date given from the carrier, and no delivery or update has been made, Route will consider the order to be “lost” and assist with next steps.
      • Sometimes carriers cannot deliver the customer’s package due to an invalid address or other unexpected delivery barriers. At this point, the carrier might return the package to the sender/retailer. The customer’s package is not actually lost, thus Route does not cover this. In instances where the item is being returned to the sender and is reusable, customers will be referred to the retailer.
      • Route does not cover packages labeled return to sender because the order has been sent back to the retailer. Items are returned to sender when a customer provides an invalid or undeliverable address or refuses a delivery. 
      • Route cannot cover when a customer’s order is stuck in international borders/customs.
      • If the customer input the correct address at checkout and the package was delivered to the wrong address, Route considers this as stolen and we will replace the order on behalf of the customer.
      • Order Issues for damaged orders must be filed within 15 days of the delivery date. 
      • A damaged item is considered to be a broken product that is unusable, clearly fractured, shattered, bent (if not bendable), crushed, etc.
      • If the customer entered the wrong address at the time of order, Route does not cover this.
      • If the customer is unsatisfied with their product, Route is not a product replacement plan and the order issue cannot be approved.
      • If the customer’s package is delayed for whatever reason, Route will not cover it.
