WHAT IS OUR RETURNS POLICY?

Online – We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from Champions of the World. If for any reason you’re not happy with any of the items, we will gladly issue a refund, or an exchange for another style, size, or colour.

For an online return to be valid, it must be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping or other charges. The item must be returned in an unworn condition, with the original labels still attached, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with the original packing slip.

Exchanges will be processed and sent back to you in a timely manner – although the exchange shipping method will be the lowest value tracked option.

In store – For in store purchases, we will happily exchange the item, any difference in cost of items will be provided to you on a gift card for use at a later date. We do not process refunds for items purchased in our stores.

For an in store purchase exchange to be valid, it must be returned within 30 days of purchase. The item must be returned in an unworn condition, with the original labels still attached, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with the original packing slip.

HOW DO I PROCESS A RETURN?

  1. First contact our customer service team, quoting your original order number/receipt number, and your reason for return.
  2. They will instruct you on the next steps (please note, due to volume, some sizes/items may no longer be available.
  3. Fill out our returns form. Click here to download our returns form.
  4. Send your items to the below address. Include your original order number, and reason for return slip.

DO YOU HAVE ANY RETURNS EXCEPTIONS?

After 30 days the goods will be deemed to have been fully supplied. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact customer service within 10 days of delivery by email.

Our Standard Return Policy does not apply to all items. The following are our exceptions: Personalised Products and Autographed Collectibles. All sales are final for customized products and autographed collectibles. These items cannot be returned.

If an Online Gift Certificate was used, the refund amount will be applied to your Online Gift Certificate.

No refunds or exchanges on sale products (Unless Faulty). Please check sizes, addresses, prices and all other checkout information prior to all purchases, but in particular those that contain sale items.

Refunds:

When orders are returned to sender, or refunded due to an error by the customer, or the order is deemed fraudulent (these are orders that are denied by our 3rd party security team), we reserve the right to refund the order funds less the fees and costs imposed on M21 t/a champions.co.nz to process and complete that order. This can be up to but not exceeding 5% of the total order value.

In such cases, the refunded amount will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after receipt of the returned items or confirmation of the fraudulent nature of the order. We reserve the right to withhold any refund until we have received the returned items or have determined that the order is fraudulent.

By placing an order with M21 t/a champions.co.nz, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions regarding refunds for returned, erroneous or fraudulent orders.

OUR COMMITMENT

Champions of the World will make every reasonable effort to replace or credit the item in a timely manner. We will cover shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping. A refund will be processed in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.

CURRENCY

Please note that this site operates in New Zealand Dollar (NZD$) as the default currency. We accept other currencies via our payment portals but all refunds, communications and logistics will be administered in NZD. This means that exchange rates, fees and levies must be considered by the customer when using a foreign currency. This could affect refund values and exchange values.
